Expect noise, dust, and daytime trades access. We isolate the work area, run protective coverings, and maintain daily cleanup. We coordinate heavy work to limit disruption and keep you informed of major milestones.
We prepare permit documents, submit to the local building office, and coordinate required inspections in Union County. Final occupancy or rental use decisions rest with the homeowner and local authorities.
