Our position

Home Concepts Construction LLC does not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration to third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade customer lists, lead data, contact information, or any other personal information collected through this website or our business operations.

We are a New Jersey home remodeling contractor. Our business model is delivering remodeling services to homeowners — not monetizing their personal data.

What “sell” and “share” mean

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar state privacy laws (including those in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and Oregon):

• Sell means disclosing personal information to a third party in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration.
• Share means disclosing personal information to a third party for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising — that is, using your activity on our site to target ads to you elsewhere on the internet.

Home Concepts Construction LLC does not engage in either activity as defined above.

Third parties we do work with

We do disclose limited personal information to vendors who help us run our business. These relationships are governed by service agreements that prohibit the vendor from using your information for their own marketing purposes. Under CCPA/CPRA, this is a service provider relationship — not a sale or share.

The categories of vendors we use today:

• Customer relationship management (CRM): we use ActiveCampaign to manage lead inquiries and scheduling.
• SMS messaging: we may use Twilio (or a similar provider) to deliver appointment confirmations and project updates. See our TCPA Privacy Notice for full details.
• Website hosting and storage: our website and related media are hosted on standard cloud infrastructure.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate website traffic and improve user experience. See the section below for opt-out details specific to analytics.
• Search engine indexing: we submit our own page URLs to Bing and Yandex via the IndexNow protocol. No personal information is included in those submissions — only public page URLs.

Analytics and measurement

When Google Analytics 4 is enabled on our site, it collects aggregate, anonymized information about how visitors use the website — pages viewed, time on site, browser and device type, approximate region. This is used to improve the site, not to target you with advertising.

If you would like to opt out of Google Analytics tracking specifically, you can:

• Install the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, which prevents GA4 from collecting any data on sites you visit.
• Enable “Do Not Track” or block third-party cookies in your browser settings.
• Submit a verified opt-out request to Home Concepts Construction using the instructions below, and we will honor it for our analytics collection on your subsequent visits.

Your rights under CCPA / CPRA and similar laws

Even though we do not sell or share your personal information, you still have the following rights with respect to information we collect:

• Right to know: request a list of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to delete: request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions (such as completing a transaction or defending a legal claim).
• Right to correct: request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: request that we limit our use of certain categories of sensitive personal information.
• Right to opt out: opt out of any future selling or sharing of your personal information, even though we do not currently engage in either activity.
• Right to non-discrimination: exercise any of these rights without being denied service, charged a different price, or receiving a lower quality of service.
• Right to data portability: request a copy of your personal information in a portable format where applicable.

You can submit any of the requests above using one of the methods below. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and complete it within 45 calendar days as required by CCPA/CPRA. We may extend this period by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, in which case we will notify you of the extension.

Verification of your request

To protect your privacy, we will need to verify your identity before processing a deletion, correction, or right-to-know request. The verification process is reasonable for the type and sensitivity of information requested, and may require you to confirm details we already have on file (such as your name, the email or phone number you used when contacting us, and the approximate date of your inquiry).

We will not use information you provide for verification purposes for any other reason.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If you do, we will require:

• Written permission signed by you authorizing the agent to act on your behalf;
• Verification of your identity directly with us; or
• A valid power of attorney granted under applicable law.

Non-discrimination

Home Concepts Construction LLC will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. We will not deny services, charge different prices, provide a different quality of service, or retaliate in any way for the submission of a privacy request.

Children under 16

Home Concepts Construction LLC does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. Our website and services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
