Case study
Challenge
The bedroom had outdated windows that limited natural light and views, while the bathroom featured aging fixtures, small tile, and cramped layout. The homeowners wanted a brighter, more open master suite that felt current and better organized for daily use.
Solution
We installed new double-hung windows with trim in the bedroom to bring in more light and views. The bathroom received new ceramic tile flooring, white subway tile walls, a refinished tub surround, updated hardware, and an organized shelving system above the toilet. The bedroom walls were framed with drywall and finished with clean details, including crown molding. A ceiling fan was added for airflow.
