Challenge
The existing shower layout was cramped and outdated, with dated tile and poor drainage. The homeowner wanted an open, spa-like feel but needed functional storage and a modern aesthetic. The space also required new plumbing rough-in to accommodate a proper shower pan and updated valve placement.
Solution
We gutted the shower area and built a new walk-in configuration with a low-profile shower pan. Walls are tiled floor-to-ceiling with large-format marble-look ceramic tile in vertical layout. We installed a frameless glass sliding door panel, modern chrome fixtures including a rainfall showerhead, and a built-in niche for storage. All plumbing and tile substrate were replaced to code, with proper waterproofing and grout sealing.
