Challenge
The homeowners were working with an older kitchen that had worn cabinetry, mismatched appliances, and cramped workflow. The adjacent living area had original hardwood flooring that was heavily scuffed and damaged. The space felt disconnected and outdated, with poor lighting and a layout that didn't support modern living patterns.
Solution
We installed new cream-colored cabinetry with updated hardware throughout the kitchen, paired with black gas range and black appliances for contrast. New recessed lighting was added to brighten the space. We removed and replaced damaged subfloor, then installed new hardwood flooring across both the kitchen and living room to create visual continuity. The island and countertop layout were refined to improve work flow and usability.
