Challenge
The original bathroom was cramped and dated, with poor flow between the toilet, sink, and shower. The tile work and fixtures showed age, and the layout didn't support the homeowner's desire for a modern soaking tub or spacious shower. Storage was minimal and the overall condition felt worn out compared to the rest of the home.
Solution
We removed the old fixtures and layout, then repositioned the toilet, vanity, and shower to create better flow and visual balance. We installed a freestanding soaking tub as a focal point, a large frameless glass walk-in shower with vertical subway tile walls and a hexagon tile floor with drainage, and a new double-sink vanity with storage. The walls received fresh vertical tile in soft green, white subway tile accents, and polished brass hardware throughout. We added recessed lighting and a three-light vanity fixture for proper illumination.
