Challenge
The kitchen featured old cabinetry, worn countertops, and a layout that didn't work for daily use. The half bath had dated finishes and minimal functional updates. The homeowner wanted to modernize both spaces without a complete structural overhaul, focusing on visible, usable improvements that would feel brand new.
Solution
HCC installed new white shaker-style cabinetry throughout the kitchen with black hardware for contrast. We added a gray subway tile backsplash, white quartz countertops, and dark wood-look vinyl flooring. The island provides additional workspace and storage. In the half bath, we installed white shiplap wainscoting, soft green paint above, new white toilet and sink vanity, and black hardware to match the kitchen theme.
