Wharton kitchen and mudroom renovation

Challenge

The kitchen had outdated cabinetry and limited counter space, making meal prep difficult. The mudroom area lacked any built-in storage or organizational system, leaving the space cluttered and underutilized. The homeowner wanted a clean, organized look that would maximize storage without eating into floor space.

Solution

We replaced the kitchen cabinetry with new white painted units featuring updated hardware. New marble-look countertops and recessed ceiling lights modernized the cooking area. In the mudroom, we built floor-to-ceiling grid-pattern shelving with white painted frames, glass-front upper doors for display, and a lower bench with dark countertop for seating and shoe storage. Barn-style sliding doors on the wall provide additional concealed storage.
