Challenge
The original bathroom had dated materials, limited counter space with a single sink, and an older tub-shower setup that felt closed off. Storage was minimal, and the layout didn't work well for two people sharing the space. The homeowner needed more functionality and a modern look without major structural changes.
Solution
We installed a new dual-sink vanity with substantial counter space and storage, replaced flooring throughout with tile, added a frameless glass walk-in shower with tile surround and built-in niche, and completely refreshed the walls with new tile wainscoting. We added recessed lighting, updated fixtures, and installed organized cabinetry to maximize storage. A heated towel rack and modern sconces rounded out the finishes.
