Challenge
The homeowner had dated finishes throughout the house—worn stair railings, minimal closet space, and an unfinished basement area that wasn't functional. The master bedroom lacked proper storage solutions, and the lower level had bare framing and exposed studs that wasted usable square footage.
Solution
We installed a new stair railing with black spindles and natural wood cap. Built floor-to-ceiling custom closets in the master bedroom with white panel doors and adjustable shelving. Finished the basement media room with drywall, corrugated metal accent wall, recessed lighting, built-in shelving for electronics, and a wood TV stand base. Added crown molding throughout to tie rooms together.
