Challenge
The roof showed significant deterioration with exposed rafter damage visible from the exterior. Inside, the home had water-damaged walls, outdated drywall finishes, and worn flooring. The fireplace surround and wainscoting needed replacement. The scope required coordinating exterior structural work with comprehensive interior finishing to bring the home up to current condition.
Solution
We removed the damaged roof structure and rebuilt the framing with new rafters and sheathing. Interior work included drywall installation and finishing, adding wainscoting with a clean panel design, building a new fireplace surround with detailed crown molding and trim, and installing hardwood flooring throughout the main living areas. All work was finished with drywall taping, mudding, and paint to create a cohesive, polished interior.
