Challenge
The old kitchen featured wood cabinets that were showing their age, dated appliances, and a cramped layout with poor traffic flow. Counter and storage space were limited, and the overall aesthetic felt tired and disconnected from current home standards. The small galley-style space made meal prep and entertaining difficult.
Solution
HCC removed all existing cabinetry and appliances, then installed a new white shaker-style cabinet system with black hardware throughout the U-shaped layout. New stainless steel appliances were set in place, including a range with proper ventilation. Updated electrical outlets and lighting fixtures were added, along with fresh drywall and paint. The layout was preserved but optimized to maximize usable counter and storage space.
