This Berkeley Heights home needed a complete overhaul of its master bath and basement space. We replaced outdated fixtures, tiling, and layout in the bathroom, and framed out a new finished basement room with proper drywall and insulation.

Challenge
The master bathroom had worn-out tile, an old jetted tub that was difficult to maintain, and cramped layout with poor lighting. The basement was unfinished and unusable, with exposed framing and no climate control. The homeowner wanted functional spaces that could actually be used daily rather than avoided.
Solution
We gutted the master bath and installed new tile work, vanity with dark countertop and cabinetry, proper lighting with sconces flanking a framed mirror, and a new shower with glass enclosure. In the basement, we framed walls with studs and headers, installed drywall, and added a ceiling to create an enclosed, finished room ready for final flooring and paint.
