This Belle Meade homeowner needed a complete overhaul of an outdated primary bedroom and bathroom suite. HCC demolished the old layout, framed new walls, installed fresh drywall, and built out a modern master bath with tile shower and updated fixtures.

Challenge
The original primary suite had cramped proportions, dated finishes, and a bathroom that no longer met the homeowner's needs. The space felt closed-off with poor flow between bedroom and bath. Worn flooring and yellowed walls made the entire area feel tired and disconnected from the rest of the home.
Solution
HCC removed existing walls and reconfigured the layout to open up the space and improve flow. We installed new drywall throughout, brought in updated electrical and plumbing for modern placement, and built a walk-in shower with large-format marble-look tile and frameless glass enclosure. New ceiling fans, recessed lighting, and fresh paint completed the refresh. Framing and rough-in work were done to code, with attention to proper waterproofing in the wet areas.
