Challenge
The sunroom was an open shell with exposed framing, vaulted ceilings, and multiple windows that needed proper enclosure and finishing. The primary bathroom was gutted to studs and required complete tile installation on walls, proper waterproofing, and layout planning to make the space functional. Both rooms needed drywall finishing, electrical rough-in, and clean framing to move toward completion.
Solution
HCC framed interior walls to define the bathroom and sunroom spaces, installed large-format marble-look ceramic tile on bathroom walls with proper substrate and waterproofing, hung and finished drywall on all ceilings and walls including around the vaulted ceiling geometry, and roughed in electrical fixtures throughout. The bathroom received full tile shower walls and the sunroom was prepared with clean framing and insulation ready for final painting and flooring.
