The original bathroom had small individual sink areas crammed into the space, aging tile work, and an older shower setup that felt disconnected from the rest of the layout. The tight footprint made it hard to move around, and the worn finishes made the whole room feel dated. The homeowner needed a more functional layout that could handle two people using the space at once without bottlenecks.
Solution
We opened up the layout by installing a long dual-sink vanity with ample counter space, replaced all flooring with herringbone tile throughout, and built a large walk-in shower with subway tile walls, a rainfall showerhead, and built-in niche. New recessed lighting, fresh paint, updated hardware, and framed mirrors completed the refresh. The new floor plan keeps both sinks accessible while giving the space a clean, contemporary feel.
