Challenge
The original bathroom felt cramped and dated, with old textured wallpaper, worn cabinetry, and a cramped shower area that lacked proper enclosure and lighting. The small footprint made the space feel less functional and tired compared to what the homeowner wanted. Storage was limited and the overall finish quality showed its age.
Solution
HCC gutted and fully renovated the bathroom. We installed a frameless glass shower enclosure with white subway tile surround and terrazzo-style base. Drywall was painted a fresh gray-blue accent wall with clean white trim throughout. New white vanity cabinetry with chrome hardware replaced the old wood cabinet. We added recessed lighting, a ceiling exhaust fan with ductwork, dual mirrors with framed trim, chrome faucet fixtures, and new flooring with dark accent tile runner. Window trim was upgraded with clean white casing and trim details.
