Chatham bathroom remodeling with marble tile

Challenge

The original bathroom had outdated finishes and a cramped layout that made the space feel dated and hard to use. The existing tile and fixtures showed their age, and the lighting was poor. The homeowner wanted a fresh, modern look that would feel more open and functional without reconfiguring the footprint.

Solution

We tiled all walls and the floor with large-format marble tile in a light gray veining pattern to open up the space visually. A frameless glass shower enclosure with brass hinges and hardware replaced the old tub setup. We installed a new white vanity with a single-basin sink, brass faucet, and a brass-framed mirror with integrated LED lights above it. New recessed and pendant lighting brightened the entire room, and we added a mosaic hexagon tile accent at the base of the floor.
