Financing
A budget should drive the project, not the other way around
We'd rather help you pick the right scope first and then talk about how to fund it — instead of stretching financing to chase a wishlist that doesn't actually fix what's broken.
How we think about budgets
Start with the house. Then talk numbers.
Most remodeling budgets break because the scope was built around a number instead of around what the house actually needs. You end up spending $60K on a kitchen that still has the same plumbing problem behind the wall.
We work differently. Before we quote a price, we walk the space with you and talk about what you are actually trying to fix. Sometimes the answer is simpler than you expected. Sometimes it is more involved. Either way, you know before you spend.
Once the scope is honest, we help you decide what to do now and what can wait. A bathroom that is falling apart gets priority over a basement that works fine but could look better. That kind of sequencing keeps the budget under control without cutting corners where they matter.
Payment options
Flexible ways to fund the work
Phased payment schedule
Payments are tied to project milestones, not calendar dates. You pay as work is completed and verified, so your money tracks real progress.
Scope phasing
If the full project stretches the budget, we can split it into phases. Do the bathroom now, the kitchen next quarter. Each phase is priced and scoped independently.
Third-party financing
We work with homeowners who use home equity lines of credit, personal loans, or other financing. We can help you understand what documentation a lender typically needs from the contractor side.
Transparent pricing
No hidden fees, no surprise change orders. If something unexpected comes up behind the walls, we show you what we found and what it costs before we touch it.
What to expect
The budget conversation
When you reach out, we start with a conversation — not a sales pitch. We want to understand what is driving the project, what your priorities are, and what budget range you are working with. That lets us give you real answers about what is realistic.
If the project makes sense for both sides, we put together a detailed scope and fixed-price proposal. You see every line item. You know what is included and what is not. If something is not worth the money, we will tell you.
The goal is simple: when you sign, you know exactly what you are getting and what it costs. No surprises.
Ready to start?
Tell us about your project. We’ll tell you what it actually takes.
No pressure, no obligation. We’ll walk through what’s worth doing first, what can wait, and what to watch out for — before anyone talks contracts.
